Partrac has been selected by Statoil to provide real-time wave and current measurement services for the Dudgeon offshore wind farm.

Foundations for Nordsee One offshore wind farm completed

The last foundation for the Nordsee One offshore wind farm is completed and all 54 monopole foundations have been fitted with the associated transition pieces for the installation of the tower segments.

The Scotland-based company, Inverlussa Marine Services, will provide offshore support for two-and-a-half years during the construction phase of Dong Energy’s Race Bank Offshore Wind Farm. The offshore support will take place within a joint venture with Mainprize Offshore Ltd.

Specialist marine supplier Houlder has delivered the first of two offshore pile upending tools for the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm development, off the Sussex coast in the UK.

Danish offshore wind park Kriegers Flak: EnBW, Siemens and DEME cooperate in tender procedure

The Belgian Dredging, Environmental and Marine Engineering group (DEME) and Siemens Financial Services will join the project company Kriegers Flak ApS, which was founded by the German utility company EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG in September 2015 to participate in the tender for the Danish offshore wind energy project Kriegers Flak in the Baltic Sea.

Fugro has completed offshore works undertaken in preparation for full construction of the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre at Aberdeen Bay, Scotland. This new facility will provide a platform for the first run of production offshore wind turbines to demonstrate their potential.

ABB is building the connection for the 1.2-GW wind farm Hornsea Project One

ABB has been commissioned by the Danish energy company Dong Energy to build a 220-kilovolt high-voltage cable system. The system will connect the offshore wind farm Hornsea Project One in the North Sea with the British east coast and supply approximately one million households with wind energy.

EnBW pushes Hohe See project forward

EnBW and Siemens concluded a contract for the supply of 71 offshore wind turbines for the Hohe See offshore wind farm. The contract also includes the corresponding monopile foundations, for which Siemens on the other hand has concluded an EPCI contract with GeoSea.
